With extensive experience delivering complex brownfield and greenfield projects, Anish specialises in project governance, front-end planning (FEED), project controls, stakeholder management, risk management and delivery assurance.
Throughout his career, Anish has successfully led multidisciplinary teams through concept development, feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPCM execution and operational readiness programs. His experience spans underground mining, mineral processing, energy infrastructure, automation, telecommunications and digital transformation projects.
Anish is passionate about helping organisations reduce project waste, strengthen governance frameworks and improve delivery certainty across complex capital investments.

Director | Research, Innovation & Grant AdvisoryDr Sini Skariah is a scientist, researcher and project leader with extensive experience managing research, innovation and grant-funded programs across academia, industry and government sectors.
She holds a PhD and has authored more than 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications while contributing to multidisciplinary research initiatives spanning health, environmental and technology sectors. She is also a co-inventor on a United States patent and has managed research portfolios exceeding $12 million.
Sini specialises in scientific writing, research project governance, grant strategy development and funding applications for government, university and industry programs. Her expertise enables organisations to translate complex technical concepts into compelling funding proposals supported by robust project management and governance frameworks.
